Yoga for Healthy Sleep

This empowering workshop will be focused on establishing a path to a better sleep pattern. Whether you suffer from insomnia or restlessness or whether you are simply in an unhealthy pattern which is not serving you, you will benefit from this simple, effective practice. We will explore yogic techniques for relaxation and mindfulness, such as yoga nidra and restorative yoga. Simple tenets of yogic thought and method will be conveyed, which can be practiced during the workshop and at home.
