This is a 1 day training where participants will receive the Usui Reiki attunements and training in the foundations of Reiki

You will receive Training in the following key areas:
• Introduction to Reiki; how it works, origin and history.
• Complete set of Reiki hand positions for self healing and healing on others
• Introduction to the human energy body & chakra system and its application with Reiki
• Reiki treatment guidelines: for conducting a treatment & use in relation to other therapies
• Reiki meditation & other applications.
• Demonstration followed by supervised practice of self healing and giving Reiki treatments to others
Booking Reiki I training
The course is taught by Clare who is a UK Reiki Federation accredited Master from the Usui Shiki Ryoho lineage
It is a 1 day training course running from 9.00am – 5.30pm for a maximum of 4 particpants.
The training includes a comprehensive manual, including pictures of all Reiki hand positions.
The Reiki I course costs: £135 per participant
