Family Yoga

Come together in this calm, supported and joyous space to share the practice of Yoga.
Join us one Sunday each month for these beautiful supportive sessions designed for you and your family.
We combine yoga practices suitable for babies, children and adults - simply depending on who comes, each session will take shape. Laura and Kate have years of experience of teaching children of all ages and in helping their parents relax and revive!
The sessions may start with practices suitable for everyone – growing from tiny seeds into beautiful tall trees, or swinging our "baby buddhas” or being "jumping beans". We will also incorporate breath-focused practices and classical yoga postures. Children will be offered a drink and snack while adults and older children can concentrate on their yoga. The family comes together for some partner work: balances or handstands and the sessions finish with everyone relaxing together.
Cost:
£14/£10 (conc.) for 2 family members (over 2 years) plus £4/£3 (conc.) for each additional member.
