Only recently coined as “reflexology” by Eunice Ingham in 1938, in its early stages, it was practiced in ancient Egypt, India and China and has it’s roots in Eastern philosophy where the healing arts are used as a method to the wholeness of the individual.

It works on the basis that the feet lay out a mapping system of the body where different points of the foot are worked on relating to their coinciding body-parts.
