Reflexology

Having your feet loved is one of the most comforting things you can do for yourself and will leave your feet feeling so happy you’ll be able to see them smilingreflexology
by the end of it! Disguised as a non-invasive, relaxing treatment, reflexology has been a method of investigation, prevention and healing without the use of surgery or medication for over 5000 years. Only recently coined as “reflexology” by Eunice Ingham in 1938, in its early stages, it was practiced in ancient Egypt, India and China and has it’s roots in Eastern philosophy where the healing arts are used as a method to the wholeness of the individual.
It works on the basis that the feet lay out a mapping system of the body where different points of the foot are worked on relating to their coinciding body-parts. It slows and deepens the breath naturally, increasing oxygen to vital organs and aiding all cells to function more efficiently. It encourages your whole system towards a natural state of well-being
