Holistic Massage
Holistic means whole, meaning treating the whole of you which incorporates mind, body and spirit. By massaging and relaxing the muscles, there is a domino effect on all other systems of the body, therefore working on a physical level and, more subtly, this domino effect then works on your emotional well-being. Caring touch in itself is a powerful agent in the healing process. Each treatment is tailored to your individual needs, helping restore balance by allowing the mind to switch off and the body to enter a state of deep relaxation.
Treatments cost £40 per hour
