st.nons2A chance to really slow down and relax in this warm, nurturing environment and to enjoy the beauty of the area.
The St Nons retreat centre is located directly on the Pembrokshire coast. We will be well cared and catered for there by Catholic nuns who live and work together, creating a really peaceful and loving sanctuary. The venue is simple but comfortable and the scenery is stunning.

Each morning and evening there is time to enjoy a 90 minute or 2 hour yoga practice. The whole weekend will focus on slowing down, being aware and nurturing ourselves.

We are also delighted to be able to offer you massage (additional cost) from our therapist who offers a deeply relaxing and healing massage.

The evening sessions starting on the Friday at 5.30pm will give you a chance to stretch out from the travel and to start to tune into yourself. The evening sessions will be deeply relaxing and restorative. Laura will draw on her 20+ years of experience, offering meditation and relaxation practices to calm the mind, body and nervous system.  The morning sessions will work deeply to unfold areas of tension in the body.

The yoga will be accessible to beginners, those feeing stiff or those low in energy. But if you are ready for a more dynamic practice Laura will give options for working at a more dynamic level. The yoga as always will be suitable for those who attend!
We will have time to meditate and calm the nervous system through breathwork, practicing some simple but effective pranayama techniques.

There is time for walks Saturday and Sunday allowing space to feel your connection to the natural world. On Saturday you can choose to join a  longer walk for 3-4 hours, or to simply step onto the coast path and explore in your own time during the morning and afternoon.

St Davids is also nearby and a beautiful "city" (it has a cathedral) to visit.
