BCY can provides a bespoke service for individuals and for groups - providing a teacher or therapist to match your needs at the time and place that suits you.  We can provide a one-off session or repeat classes.  We are able to provide teachers for complete beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Private classes and are provided across a range of yoga traditions, as well as pilates, dance, Qi gong, Alexander technique.

If you are not sure of what would suit you please call us to arrange a free consultation. You can also pay for classes as a gift- we provide gift vouchers, and the recipient can decide exactly the class they would like. 

Yoga is traditionally taught one-to-one and this is the ideal learning situation. In a private class the whole session is devised to meet your needs. This is opportune for those with specific needs such as stress, breathing problems or backache. This also  suits complete beginners looking to learn in an intensive way or feeling anxious about attending group classes.  For experienced practitioners, private sessions enable you to learn at your own rate, your teacher will be able to introduce postures and practices to develop your practice.

Therapies on offer include a number of clothed therapies suitable for the workspace: Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, as well as oil based massage at home/ in our therapy room.

Times & Costs
Classes are available at any time to suit you, ideally a fixed time weekly for repeat classes.

Our Class prices & therapies start at £40/ hr and £60/ 90 minutes for repeat classes (minimum x6). One off sessions are £45 for 60 min and £65 for 90 minutes. 

The class price can be shared by a max of 8 students at no extra cost. Above 8 students we ask for an additional £5 per person. 


Payment- we ask for payment upfront for all bookings, repeat bookings are payable by Direct debit monthly. Gift Voucher available, please choose nearest amount above the value you are booking for, any excess can be used in the studio for classes/ shop etc. Mats are available for £20- you can choose to add this on and we will bring the mat to the first class. 

All bookings are subject to a 100% non-returnable fee if cancelled with less that 24 hrs notice.
