Iyengar Yoga
This style of yoga developed by Mr BKS Iyengar is the most widely practised in the world. The emphasis in the postures (asanas) is on alignment and stability – both mental and physical. An excellent method of yoga to support recovery from injury, Iyengar is a relatively slow and precise practice which uses props to help find ease and alignment in the body.
