Hatha Yoga combines asana (postures) and breath-work to strengthen and relax the body and calm the mind. By combining work with the physical body with breath awareness Hatha Yoga offers deep relaxation and wellbeing. This is one of the most accessible traditions for complete beginners. Suitable for those wanting a physical workout alongside a calming, meditative approach.

Hatha Flow
A dynamic form of hatha, with postures threaded together on the breath. Combining elements of both Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, this practice provides a strong physical discipline and the calming effects of a moving meditation
Not suitable for complete beginners - it is best to have a grasp of the basic asana in a static form before trying to flow them together.
