There is a 24 hour cancellation policy - if you need to change your appointment please let us know as early as possible - if you cancel within 24 hours of the arranged time, a full charge will be applied.

Please note: some treatments are not suitable for those with pre-existing medical conditions or during pregnancy. If this applies to you we can discuss what therapy will be suitable.

For your first treatment a consultation will be given and full case history taken in order to ensure that you are provided with the most effective treatment possible. This will take approximately 15 minutes and will be added on to your treatment time.

There is a 25% discount on all first treatments. Another 25% discount will be offered if you tell a friend and they book an appointment.

You are welcome to bring your own music with you to listen to while you have your treatment, either on CD or on an mp3 player. If you do not have any music then some will provided of if you prefer silence that is also fine.
