Michelle Denny
I received my first Chiropractic adjustment at the age of 15, during work experience with a Chiropractor in Plymouth. I was instantly inspired, not only by the effect the treatment had on my own body, but by seeing peoples lives being drastically improved without medication or invasive treatments.
I graduated in 2006 from The Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in South Wales, after completing the 5 year degree course, which included a full clinical year treating members of the public in the university teaching clinic. After graduating, I went straight onto become an associate Chiropractor in a busy and successful practice in Norfolk, where I worked for 2 years treating a variety of conditions and people of all ages. During this time, I successfully completed the Post Registration Training Programme with the College of Chiropractors, which involved regular meetings and tutorials with qualified trainers, as well as submitting assignments. Later, I went on to complete and pass the post graduate certificate in Clinical Chiropractic (PgC Cert) through the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic.
Up until December 2009, I was running my own business within a multidisciplinary clinic in Cornwall. I became best known for my gentle and holistic approach with my patients and for the thorough treatment I deliver. On relocating to Bristol, I will continue to fully embrace my philosophy to provide longer treatment times at competitive prices and to break free from the conveyor belt- like environment that exists in some clinics today. I endeavour to follow my dream of living in a world where spinal check- ups are a routine part of life.
“The spine is the central switchboard of our bodies controlling health and vigour… Chiropractic releases the power within…”
