postheadericon Ashtanga Beginners Course

This course is suitable for complete beginners and to those wishing to refresh their memories of the practice. You will be lead through the opening sequences in a supportive and friendly environment and encouraged to explore the practice at your own pace. You will be introduced to the theory and fundamental practices of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga - breath, bandha and drishti.

This is a 6 week course with set start/end dates, places must be pre-booked. After the course you can attend any of the Ashtanga Improvers (led class), Ashtanga Mysore or Led Primary Classes. 

The course has a max of 12 students so you will receive the attention you need to learn this wonderful practice.
