Alexander Technique
The Alexander Technique is the ultimate self-help tool. The Alexander Technique is a skill anyone can learn to regain their innate poise & balance. It helps us to achieve more of what we want in life with less effort. The Technique is personal & experiential. It can be applied to any and all parts of our daily life. During lessons you'll learn to identify habits of thought and movement which may be unhelpful and how to have choices around them.
People come to the Alexander Technique for relief from neck / back / joint pain, RSI, stress, depression, to improve their performance, to support themselves during pregnancy and childbirth - the list goes on!
Bethan Evans is a STAT-registered teacher of the Alexander Technique and believes that it is a powerful tool of self-help available to anyone and everyone.
