Linda Hardwick

LindaHaving originally trained as a Registered General Nurse Linda has always had a keen interest in the anatomy of the human body. She went on to qualify as a solicitor specialising in medical negligence work but after several years’ working at this desk based job she started to experience some of the common problems associated with sitting for long periods - lower back, neck and shoulder pain. On the recommendation of a physiotherapist she was introduced to Pilates and was amazed by the difference it made. After only a few months of regular practice her lower back pain had disappeared and she was walking taller than she had ever done before. She went on to complete a rigorous training course in London with the Pilates Foundation (one of the UKs top training providers) where, under the guidance of Master Trainer Anoushka Boone, she took her love of anatomy and movement to a new level. She has a particular interest in helping people integrate Pilates into their daily lives.
