Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. Kundalini means awareness and Yoga means union. Through the combination of our committed practice of this form of Yoga and divine grace, we will come back to the point of who we are and release the Kundalini, the storehouse of our totality, which is the creative potential of who we are.
Through regular practice, old habits or patterns and limitations start to drop away. Blockages within the body soften and open allowing the prana, our vital life force to flow feely around the body bringing us greater vitality. Kundalini Yoga strengthens our nervous and glandular system and builds our stamina, our character and caliber so that we are able to meet challenges that come our way. It helps us to act on our intuition and inner wisdom with courage and radiance.
