Drop in classes
We offer really diverse traditions of yoga, some mellow and some dynamic enough to build up a good sweat.
Students are welcome to attend any (all!) of our drop-in classes. Most classes will be mixed ability with teachers who are able to offer modifications for beginners to the more advanced, but if your just starting out be sure to attend classes marked L1.
We encourage you to explore the classes on offer and find the methods that suit you best.
