Hatha Yoga Course

A hatha yoga class to bring you physical strength and flexibility as well as inner balance and calm. Bringing the underlying philosophy of yoga alive within these asana (posture-work) classes. The classes often take a particular theme or specific area of the body to work with so that over time you come to experience a wide range of the practices of this ancient art.
The set group allows students to deepen and develop their practice.
The class is suitable for beginners and intermediate students looking to work in a concentrated and transformative way with the yoga tradition.

Mondays 18:00-19:30 with Morven Hamilton Drop-in places available
