Children's Yoga
During these sessions Laura Gilmore will share her love of yoga, taking the children on story-adventures through woods, mountains, jungles and oceans. Children will experience yoga poses, songs, games and relaxation-visualisation to bring a sense of calm to their day!
As well as being fun, Yoga can benefit children by increasing strength, stamina and poise; it increases the levels of oxygen within the blood promoting better concentration yet most importantly it shows a child how to nurture a positive image of themselves, others and the environment around them.
We aim to run these sessions during school term-times. If you happen to miss the start date please contact the studio, we can often accommodate latecomers.
