Baby Massage
“I now massage Heidi before bath- she just loves the touch and it’s our most calm and precious time together.” Sophie
“The massage really helped us through those early weeks of colic and general grizzliness.” Ellie
A five-week course for parents, grandparents or carers and their babies from birth to crawling.
This class combines baby massage with baby yoga and postnatal yoga.
Baby massage provides an opportunity for intimacy, positive touch, loving interaction and bonding with your baby. Leonie teaches a step-by-step oiled massage routine, to pick and choose from as you wish. Throughout the course you will gain confidence with intuitive touch and learn skills to help your baby with issues such as colic, constipation, congestion and teething.
Baby yoga is a dynamic and fun extention of infant massage. It offers quality physical stimulation through rhythmical movement, developmental support, new ideas for holding and carrying your baby and playful communication through rhymes and song.
Postnatal yoga promotes healing and recovery after giving birth and offers you a chance to unwind and resource yourself. You will learn creative ways to exercise whilst being with your baby.
The class provides an easy-going, baby-centred environment for joyful and relaxed parent-infant interaction as well an opportunity to share and connect with other parents.
Refreshments are provided.
Please bring a towel for your baby to lie on.
Babies of any age up to crawling are welcome, however we recommend it most for babies over 8 weeks.
Space for prams is very limited.

“Sebastian cried quite a lot during the first few classes but I learnt some ways help him. I found it a bit stressful at first but the other mums were really supportive and I learnt to relax and I realised that they weren’t thinking I was a rubbish mum. Now massage is one of his favourite things and I’m a much more confident mum. ” Donnatella
