Ashtanga for Improvers

This class works in 6 week "blocks" ideal for those with some experience of Ashtanga Yoga looking to work in a supported space through the primary series. This class is suitable for those who have attended the beginners course, or are familiar with the sun salutations and a few standing postures. Charlotte will guide you carefully through the practice and encourage you to learn the sequence as you go.
This will help prepare you to move into Ashtanga Mysore - where you simply go through the sequence with one-to-one attention from the teacher. The Ashtanga system is one of the most energising challenging and energetic physical practices - suitable for those looking to burn off some energy, to cleanse and tone the body and to focus the mind through breath awareness.
Please do not come as a complete beginner, come along to our Ashtanga Beginners Course instead!
