Ashtanga for Beginners
This course is suitable for complete beginners or for those wishing to refresh their memories of the practice.You will be led through the opening sequences in a supportive and friendly environment and encouraged to explore the practice at your own pace. You will be introduced to the theory and fundamental practices of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga - breath, bandha and drishti.
This is a 6 week course with set start/end dates, places must be pre-booked.
