Bristol City Yoga offer classes and workshops in the most popular yoga traditions of the west – including Hatha, HathaFlow, Restorative, Iyengar and Ashtanga. We specialize in supporting women and children through our Pregnancy Yoga and Pilates, Mum&Baby and Children’s Yoga Courses. Whether you're looking to wind down after a long week, to strengthen and tone up, to correct an injury or to find more space and balance in life, Bristol City Yoga has the class to suit your needs.  

All of our classes are "drop-in" unless they are tittled "course", so no need to pre-book, simply turn up!

If you are brand-new to Yoga we suggest you enrol into our popular “Intro to Yoga Course” OR come along to any class listed Level 1, Level 1-2, Level 1-3, or All Levels. If you are new to the studio we suggest you try our "Newbie" Card - which gives you the chance to enjoy unlimited yoga for 2weeks/1month. 

For more experienced practitioners we suggest you attend our “drop-in” classes listed Level 2-3, Level 3, or one of our specialist workshops.
